The condominium corporation struggled with keeping its finances in order and its budget balanced.

Resolution:

When Associa C-ERA Property Management & Realty began managing the community in 2011, the condominium corporation quickly realized the benefit of professional management. Thanks to community manager Iona and her constant communication efforts, the council felt confident in the management team’s ability to handle its finances. Iona worked to organize the council’s accounting, assisting with all capital projects, reviewing invoices, obtaining multiple bids, and advising on necessary expenditures. With regular communication and an open dialogue, the relationship between the community and manager Iona is strong.
